Sponsored placements
Answer engines don't read your homepage.
They read the pages that compare you.
Taqtics publishes editorial comparison pages across legal SaaS, AdTech, and MarTech.
Third-party editorial pages are what AI citation engines pull from when answering
product questions. An appearance here builds citation footprint that no owned page
builds for you. FTC-disclosed. No broker markup.
01
Why it matters for AEO
AI citation engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AIO) pull heavily from
comparison and category pages when answering product questions. A brand that
appears in multiple third-party comparison pages builds a citation footprint that
AI systems treat as editorial consensus. That is worth more for answer-engine
visibility than a single owned page claiming you are the best option.
02
What we cover
Legal SaaS (practice management, billing, answering services, CRM), AdTech
(DSPs, programmatic platforms, CTV, retail media networks), and MarTech
(CDPs, attribution, marketing automation). We write these categories because
Taqtics operates in them. The pages are genuine editorial, not vendor catalogs.
03
How placement works
We offer three placement types: adding a brand to an existing comparison page
(get-in), upgrading an existing unlinked mention to a linked, expanded entry
(upgrade), or commissioning a new comparison page in a category we agree to
cover (new piece). All sponsored placements carry an FTC disclosure.
An appearance here builds citation footprint that no owned page builds for you.

Editorial standards
What we will and will not do
We do
- Include accurate, factual entries for your brand
- Label all sponsored placements with an FTC disclosure
- Write in a neutral editorial register (same voice as the rest of the page)
- Provide citation reporting if you book a retainer
- Maintain the page for factual accuracy over time
We do not
- Remove or demote competitors because a brand pays to be included
- Write promotional copy or vendor marketing language
- Guarantee placement on pages where your brand does not genuinely belong
- Misrepresent sponsored content as independent editorial
- Accept placements that require false claims about your product
FTC disclosure
How we label sponsored placements
Under FTC regulations (16 CFR 255), paid brand inclusions on editorial pages must
be disclosed. All sponsored placements on Taqtics comparison pages carry a visible
"Sponsored" or "Paid inclusion" label adjacent to the brand entry. New comparison
pages commissioned by a brand carry a page-level disclosure note. We do not
misrepresent paid placements as independent editorial selection.
If you are a broker placing on behalf of a brand, the same disclosure requirement
applies. We disclose to readers regardless of how the placement was booked.
