This preview is held for one firm. Enter the passcode from your note to open it.
The firm the data describes already wins Central Florida. The Orlando search results haven't caught up yet.
This is the deliverable in action. The read, one owned data territory struck from primary crash records, the brand it earns, the funnel it runs through, and the close. Every number traces to a public primary or your own recon. Scroll the whole thing.
02 · THE DIAGNOSIS
You already own two things your Orlando competitors are spending hard to buy: eleven offices with top-5 suburb rankings, and a 47-year record with 624 real reviews. The leak is not the firm. It is three fixable gaps between the firm the data describes and the firm the Orlando results describe.
On the three highest-intent Orlando searches, car accident lawyer, personal injury lawyer, and car accident attorney, the firm is not in the top 10. The same firm ranks #4 in Kissimmee, #5 in Clermont, and #4 in Leesburg. It wins where it leans in. Orlando is the next domino.
The homepage title reads "Florida Personal Injury Lawyers and Full Service Firm." No Orlando, no car accident, no practice keyword. The page that sets the brand signal for every query the firm wants is the one page left untouched. This is the highest-return, lowest-effort fix on the board.
Referring domains jumped 197 to 351 in two months. The headline looks like progress and isn't. Of the 30 most recent links, 18 are link-shop spam, zero are editorial, and Domain Rating barely moved because the links are nofollow. The firm is being scraped, not earning authority.
The April pull logged 180 AI Overview citations. We checked it live in June: no AI Overview boxes fired across ten money queries, and most of the count traces to the firm's non-injury pages. So it is a vanity footprint the engines do not weight today, not a moat to defend. The real moat is the one a billboard budget cannot buy: 47 years, 11 offices, and 624 real reviews. We convert the footprint into earned presence, we do not pretend it is a lead.
03 · THE STRIKE · THE TEETH
Across Florida, pedestrian crashes are a sliver of all crashes, but they carry an outsized share of the deaths. The gap between those two shares is a number the headlines never compute, and it lands hardest in the Orange County streets your clients drive every day.
Share of all Florida crashes versus share of all Florida traffic deaths, by whether the crash involved a pedestrian.
We don't guess. We measure. The 8.8x is our arithmetic from two figures FLHSMV publishes separately and never joins. That makes it an owned ratio, not a borrowed stat, and the Orange County cut, pedestrian crashes against Orange County's own 26,259 crashes and 173 deaths, is computed during the Strike engagement from FDOT Signal4Analytics. The statewide ratio is the verified anchor today; the county number is the ownable strike.
FLHSMV publishes the two shares. The ratio between them is the cut nobody ran. Every surface that carries this number carries its computed by Taqtics Research label, and the county-specific figure is marked computed-on-engagement until the Signal4Analytics pull lands. We never publish a county number we have not yet run.
THE TERRITORY MAP · BREADTH AS AUTHORITY
This is not one finding. We mapped five publishable data territories across the firm's footprint, each anchored to a Florida government primary, each tied to a real office, each a future asset and a future citation.
A pedestrian crash is 8.8x likelier to kill (23% of deaths from 2.6% of crashes)
Orange County · Orlando HQ · FLHSMV 2023

Brevard · Melbourne, Titusville · FWC BASR 2023
Each territory ships bylined to a real BMM attorney, with its primary source on the page. That is the layer the engines cite and the link-shops can never fake.
04 · THE BRAND · THE HERO
The hero meets the just-injured reader at the exact moment, then rides the 47-year, 11-office footprint in the subtitle. This is the firm's own navy and gold, deepened and disciplined, never transplanted.
For 47 years, from Orlando to Ocala, Central Florida's injured haven't faced the insurance company alone.iPositioning rides the subtitle, one frame, no stacked duplicate framing. The I-4 and pedestrian crash data lives underneath as the authority engine, not the headline.
Your case. Our fight. Start with a free review, no pressure, no fee unless we recover.
Start My Case ReviewiPossessive "My" lifts CTA click-through about 90% over "Your" or "A." The header phone is the action. Navy-on-gold reads 10.89:1; white-on-gold (1.79:1) is banned.Free. Confidential. No fee unless we recover for you.
One ask, and the firm's own brand. The hero asks one thing, Start My Case Review, and rides the 47-year, 11-office record underneath. The color, type, and call-to-action work below is the firm's own navy and gold, disciplined and never transplanted.
Recipe B is literally the firm's own navy deepened one step and the gold pulled from its own award badges. The improved-not-replaced story is true, not a slogan. We never transplant a brand.
Gold on ink reads 10.89:1 and carries the proof numbers from ten feet, straight into the CTV end card. No new color story to sell.
DIAMOND SCORE · ABOVE THE 44 FLOOR
The locked hero scores 46.5 of 50: concept-over-label 12, possessive CTA 11, proof-anchored trust row 11, reader-state match a perfect 12.5. The dominant trust signal is the 4.8 / 624 review proof, re-verified live on ship. The 47-year and 11-office footprint sit as the differentiator a national billboard brand cannot contest. No outcome promise, no superlative, FL-clean.
We don't keep the firm's font by default. We read the live baseline (Archivo + Arimo), explore three directions against the 10-foot test, and recommend the one that makes the firm read like a cited source.

05 · THE PLAYBOOK IN MOTION
This is the gameplan, in order. The struck data becomes an asset, the asset earns the coverage, the coverage makes the paid buy land harder, and every click arrives on a page built to capture it. Each play hands the next one its ammunition.
The topic · owned data becomes the asset
The struck finding, built as bylined editorial
It starts with a number the firm owns. The Orange County pedestrian multiplier, rendered as real editorial that leads with the data, carries its FLHSMV and FDOT primaries on the page, labels the ratio computed by Taqtics Research, and runs under a real Bogin Munns attorney's byline. This is the asset the link shops can never fake, and it is one of a mapped library.

images/editorial-orange-county-daily.webp · the lead territory as a sourced, bylined asset
A sourced, bylined asset is the one thing a newsroom can actually run. That is what earns the next play.
The spot · the finding on the screen
The 30-second cut, in the firm's own voice
The same relief spine as a finished connected-TV spot. Pain, the turn to relief, the reveal on 11 offices and 47 years as the proof, then the gold-on-ink end card that reads from ten feet. No named case, no opponent, no verdict dollar, in any scene. Press play to hear the recorded read.
ctv/bmm-ctv-30s.mp4 · the produced 30s spot · custom read on file (vo/bmm-ctv-30s.mp3)
The same finding, now a story people watch. The buy puts it in front of the market.
The networks · the asset earns coverage
Where the data engine places the story
The earned-media engine turns each struck territory into a pitched, sourced story, every pitch human-finalized before send, aimed at the Central Florida outlets and the answer engines that move authority. The wall below is the engine's target tier, the rooms a sourced data story is built to reach, not coverage claimed.

And the layer the link shops cannot fake · the AI answer
An ad that carries a real story behind it outperforms one that does not. The earned layer makes the paid layer land harder.
The amplifier · paid carries the spine
The media buy, on the firm's own lockup
The same relief spine, rendered for the buy. Every unit on the firm's real navy and gold lockup, the call to action navy-on-gold at 10.89:1. Display animates the beats; paid social anchors on the family on the other side of the crash. A representative set is shown; the full IAB size matrix ships with the buy.

Every one of these clicks goes to one place. That place has to convert, or the whole play leaks.
The destination · the click is captured
The homepage, rebuilt to convert and measure
Today the homepage title reads "Florida Personal Injury Lawyers and Full Service Firm," no Orlando and no practice keyword, and the hero stacks several competing asks. The rebuild leads with the relief bullseye, the header phone as the single ask, Orlando and practice intent in the title, and the 4.8 / 624 review proof held to the bar. One spine, one ask, the record carrying underneath.

Today · the leak
Generic
A homepage title with no Orlando and no practice keyword, untouched for 63-plus days, over a hero that competes several asks at once.
Rebuilt · the fix
One ask
Orlando and practice intent in the title, the relief-bullseye hero, and the header phone as the single ask the moment the page lands.
Measured · the gain
Tracked
The suburb pages already rank; the same machine pointed at Orlando, with call tracking and conversion surfaces so every lead is attributed.
Modeled, not promised. The generic-title and stacked-ask findings are from the live audit; the single-ask rebuild and the tracking are the build targets in the close, not results claimed.
Topic to coverage to buy to captured lead. The loop closes, and now every dollar in it is measured.
Past results sit lower on the page as proof, never as the hero, and only what the firm can document. The ad sells the injured person's relief, not a firm trophy.
06 · THE CLOSE · THE CARRY
We start with the play that pays first, build the engine that earns the citations, then turn eleven offices into a local lawyer wherever a client got hurt. The plays compound. We read the strongest first.
MOVEMENT ONE
Own Orlando
win the money queries
The highest-return, lowest-cost fix on the board: rewrite the homepage title and meta to carry Orlando and core practice intent, then build the head-term cluster underneath it with internal links from the suburb pages that already rank. The suburbs prove the model. We point the same machine at Orlando.
Est. $5,419 to $40,640/mo
MOVEMENT TWO
The earned-media engine
earn the citations
A reactive-plus-proactive media program built on the struck data territories, every pitch human-finalized before send. The output is high-authority referring domains the firm cannot buy and the link-shops can never match, and it wins the AI box when it fires by feeding the engines the most citable, sourced answers in the market.
Est. $2,250 to $5,100/mo in link value
MOVEMENT THREE
Local everywhere
deploy the footprint
Turn eleven offices into a local lawyer wherever a client got hurt: a full Google Business Profile buildout per market, a review-velocity program, and deepened corridor and city pages so the firm appears local in every town it serves, not just the three suburbs it already wins. Conversion surfaces and link detox lift the floor under all of it.
Est. $1,315 to $9,859/mo
| 01 · Own Orlando | Est. $5,419 to $40,640 |
| 02 · Earned-media engine (link value) | Est. $2,250 to $5,100 |
| 04 · Local everywhere | Est. $1,315 to $9,859 |
| Total estimated monthly upside | Est. $8,983 to $55,598/mo |
The low end is the figure to trust: it assumes the minimum conversion and sign rates and counts net uplift only on markets where the evidence already proves the model works. Every priced play carries real volume from live search data. The $11,000 average case fee is labeled Est. and stays TO-CONFIRM against your real case value and lead-to-signed rate. The number is not the pitch. The gap between the firm the data describes and the firm the Orlando results describe is the pitch.
One working session. We walk the plays in order, confirm the three inputs we need from you, your average case value, your lead-to-signed rate, and your current spend by channel, and lock the first 90 days. We begin with Own Orlando, because the title-tag fix is hours of work against a five-figure monthly ceiling. The engine proves itself before it scales. One seat per market, and in Central Florida personal injury, that is the firm we are talking to.
